Refund Policy

At Porbeagle Spirit, we are committed to providing a high-quality, environmentally responsible, and safe diving experience. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise—related to weather, sea conditions, or personal constraints. Here are our refund conditions:

1. Cancellation by the participant

• More than 30 days before release: full refund or postponement without charge.

• Between 30 and 15 days before the release: 50% refund or possible postponement.

• Less than 7 days before departure: no refund, except in cases of force majeure (with proof).

2. Cancellation by Porbeagle Spirit

The safety and well-being of participants come first.
In case of adverse weather, unforeseen technical problems or unsuitable sea conditions:

• The outing is cancelled by us → you will be fully refunded or can postpone the service to another date, according to your preference.

Other special cases

• In case of significant delay or absence of the participant on the day of the outing: no refund will be given.

• If you abandon the activity in progress (seasickness, stress, personal decision), no partial refund will be given.

• In case of a health problem preventing diving: please provide a medical certificate to consider a postponement or refund.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
